PLANS & PARTICIPATION

Clarity for your school.
A plan you can explain.

Start with the way your transport service operates. Then agree how your school and families will manage participation and credits.

Discuss your school’s plan ↗

THE RIGHT CONVERSATION FIRST

One school.
Different ways to participate.

The number of routes is only part of the picture. Your riders, operating days and the way families participate all matter.

Bring those details to your walkthrough so the current packages, credit use and payment responsibilities can be explained in context.

CHOOSE THE ARRANGEMENT, NOT JUST A NUMBER

School sponsored

Your school leads the arrangement.

Discuss school-managed participation and how the cost fits into your transport service. Make the family experience and responsibilities clear before onboarding.

Shared responsibility

Define what each side manages.

Agree the school’s contribution and the family’s role. Keep the arrangement understandable rather than relying on assumptions about who pays for what.

Parent managed

Give families a clear starting point.

Discuss family-managed credits within the participating school’s setup, including account access, available packages and support when help is needed.

CREDIT PACKAGES

Choose the credits.
Keep the arrangement clear.

School and family packages serve different accounts. Compare them separately, then confirm the terms for your school.

School plans · current catalogue verified 1 November 2026. Confirm your school’s term dates and checkout terms with RouteEd.

Credit quantities are not fixed student limits. Additional credits depend on the qualifying paid plan and a server-confirmed quote. Confirm term dates, taxes, fees and current availability with RouteEd.

JOURNEY ASSURANCE · SCHOOL SOFTWARE OFFER

A departure reported.
An arrival confirmed.

A manual home-to-school check-in, connecting the family’s departure report with the school’s physical arrival confirmation.

Parents report departure. The school confirms the child has arrived in person. The activity is recorded, with in-app updates and read-only Command oversight.

LAUNCH OFFER

₦500 per participating student / term

School minimum: ₦50,000 per term

  • School acceptance and participant selection are required.
  • No second parent charge or duplicate event-credit charge for this software offer.
  • Hardware, SIMs and paid messaging are separate.
Request a Journey Assurance quote ↗

This is a quote request, not checkout. Automated billing and enrolment are not active. Confirm the agreed scope, participants and payment terms directly with RouteEd.

Know the scope. Home-to-school only. This is not return-home tracking, continuous GPS, automatic overdue detection or a safety guarantee. Push delivery has not been verified; use the in-app record and the school’s agreed follow-up process. Confirm taxes and any additional fees in your quote.

BRING THESE TO THE CONVERSATION

A better proposal
starts with your reality.

  1. Your transport structureHow many routes, vehicles and regular operating days are involved?
  2. Your riders and familiesHow many students use the transport service, and how do families participate today?
  3. Your payment arrangementWill the school manage participation, will families manage their part, or will you share responsibility?
  4. Your rollout approachDo you want to start with a limited route walkthrough before a wider school rollout?

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know what
you’re agreeing to.

Can a credit package be treated as a fixed number of students?

Not without the usage rules and school schedule. Ask for a credit explanation that matches the current product configuration and your transport activity instead of relying on a rough student-count label.

Are school credits and family credits the same arrangement?

Confirm the purpose and ownership of each package during onboarding. The school’s participation model and the family account arrangements should be explained separately.

Is a pilot automatically included?

Pilot availability, duration, scope and included credits are confirmed directly with RouteEd. The enquiry form does not start a subscription or create a payment obligation.

What should the final proposal confirm?

The package, price, credit usage, current included features, support arrangements and rollout scope. Ask about any pending feature separately rather than assuming it is part of the current release.
