No. The driver experience is for approved drivers linked to a participating school. Ask the school to confirm your access and assignments.

What should I do if a parent requests an unplanned stop or handover?

Use the school’s escalation procedure. Do not treat an informal request as permission to change the route or release a child.

What if the app or connection is unavailable?

Contact the designated school coordinator and follow the school’s agreed fallback procedure. Do not improvise collection authorisation or allow the app to distract you from driving.
