Routes, stops and buses.
Keep the structure of your service together: the routes you run, where they stop and the vehicles assigned to them.

THE PLATFORM
RouteEd brings school transport operations, WatchMyKid and WatchMyKid Driver into one ecosystem. Each experience serves the person using it.
Connected roles — not one account shared by everyone.
FOR THE SCHOOL TEAM
School transport is a daily operation. Put the route structure, assigned people and journey records in a place built for that work.
See the school experienceKeep the structure of your service together: the routes you run, where they stop and the vehicles assigned to them.
Connect the people taking part through the school’s setup and permissions, rather than treating every journey as a new conversation.
Follow the journey through the tracking available in your school’s setup, then use trip and ride records to follow up on questions, changes and exceptions.
WATCHMYKID
Parents and guardians should know where to look for their school transport information. WatchMyKid provides the family experience within a participating school’s service.
Explore WatchMyKidA family account belongs within the participating school’s setup. The school confirms how the family should join.
Families can view the transport activity and updates available through their school, without needing access to the operations dashboard.
Guardian access works alongside the school’s collection procedures. Account access does not replace the school’s handover checks.
WATCHMYKID DRIVER
A dedicated app for approved drivers linked to a participating school. Keep assigned journey activity connected to the team coordinating the service.

The family and driver experiences depend on the participating school’s setup and account permissions. Start with the school or contact RouteEd for the right onboarding route.
Available features depend on the current release, configuration and agreement. A walkthrough should confirm the precise workflow your school will use, including any planned functionality that is not yet released.
Discuss your current process during the walkthrough. Software should support a clear, agreed handover process; it should not silently replace the school’s responsibilities.
